Greetings, mindful vegans! Tuesday, October 10th marked the publication date of Lani Muelrath’s newest book, The Mindful Vegan. This week, we’re kicking off a month-long online tour to share Lani’s mindfulness tips with all of you.
For the next four weeks (now through November 7th), The Mindful Vegan will be appearing on some of our favorite plant-based blogs. On every tour stop, you’ll have the chance to do one (or all) of the following:
- Enter a giveaway to win a copy of The Mindful Vegan
- Check out some new vegan recipes
- Read interviews with author Lani Muelrath on how to practice mindfulness and how it helps you live a healthy vegan lifestyle for the long-term
