Serves 8
Ingredients
4 cups cooked garbanzo beans, warmed
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons cumin powder
Sea salt to taste
Steps
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add water as needed to make a smooth paste. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
