Fresh Enzyme Facial Mask from Plant-Powered Beauty

We paired fresh blueberries and raspberries to double up on the enzyme power in our supercharged healing facial mask that works to repair skin from acne, stress, and exposure to sun and pollution. This super-fresh recipe is for one-time immediate use.

Tools

standard (40-ounce) blender
small glass or stainless steel bowl
glass or wooden stirrer

Ingredients

1 ounce sugar-free soy yogurt
1 ounce fresh blueberries
1 ounce fresh raspberries
1 drop lavender essential oil

Steps

  1. Place the yogurt, blueberries, and raspberries into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until the ingredients are partly liquefied.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a small glass or stainless steel bowl. Add the lavender essential oil and stir into the mixture.
  3. Apply the mask to your face immediately and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Rinse off the mask with warm water and then pat your skin dry with a clean cotton towel.
